Are we really sure that dreams are useless? Perhaps that’s not the case. Dreams are the starting point for exploring ourselves, gaining awareness of what we feel and why, and developing creative problem-solving strategies. Through dream exploration and active role-playing exercises in psychodrama groups, students will be guided to reflect on and put into practice the content of their dreams.

The ultimate goal is to foster creative, non-linear, and non-logical-rational thinking, where introspection and reflective practices help develop self-knowledge and enhanced emotional competencies (emotional literacy, empathy), relational skills (managing interpersonal conflicts), communication skills (effective communication), and creativity.
